A Decade of Mimi & Riley

Picture this. It’s 2017. The cute, older guy on the tennis team asks you for a ride home. And it’s his lucky day because you just got your driver’s license and you’re eager to show off the snazzy 2008 gold Volkswagen your dad is letting you drive. Weeks go by, and suddenly you’re driving across town (you live less than a mile from school) to pick him up for school every single day. And the rest is history!

Whether you met us in the halls of Pensacola High School, drinking rose at a vineyard in Charlottesville, or at Tomato Fest in Nashville - thanks for being here through it all. We feel so incredibly lucky to be surrounded by loving and supportive people from every stage of our life.

We’ve grown up together - from high school crushes on the PHS tennis courts, to college weekends spent between the University of Virginia and Washington & Lee, and now building our life together in Nashville. We’ve seen so many versions of each other, but the love and joy we share has always been a guiding force in our lives. Nine years has taught us the importance of a good happy hour and laughing through it all. Life is just simply so good together!

Surrounded by all of the people we love the most in the most special place, we will celebrate 10 years together on April 24, 2027. We’re so excited to dance and cheers with y’all!
